The Spectrum Group is not a resume warehouse for job seekers who have posted resumes across the web. We are picky and selective – working directly with and for you to find the organization that is a good cultural and personal match.

We start by identifying your qualifications, potential, and compatibility with our client organizations. We then help you prepare for placement through a series of personal career services. After a potential client organization is identified, we coordinate all communication between you and the client, focusing on confidentiality and the interests of all parties. When the hiring decision is made, we work with you for 90 days past the end [including a definition of what this means], negotiating salaries/rates and other criteria important to you.
