Frank Kunnumpurath

| Frank began his career as a financial analyst with several Wall Street firms. It was during this time he discovered that satisfaction in one’s career is built on shared goals and values. In 1996, Frank established Spectrum Software Solutions on the essential elements of personal and organizational success. Spectrum Software Solutions provides on-site information technology human resources for software-application development. In 1999, the company diversified into technology-enhanced medical-transcription services, providing services from Central New York and contract from outside the USA. Through the success of Spectrum Software Solutions, Frank formally created the Spectrum Group to extend his vision of building success on mutual goals; matching clients with quality professionals from around the world with hard-to-find skill sets. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University. He is also a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant. |
Tom Flynn

| Tom has more than twenty years of experience working in sales, marketing, and information technology. His expertise in recruiting was developed with a national contingent staffing and information technology consulting firm. Tom has brought his experience, style, knowledge, and commitment to the Spectrum Group to develop a truly multi-faceted IT services company. Tom works closely with clients and candidates, emphasizing communication at all phases of recruitment, selection, negation, and placement. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester. |
Ernie Colella
Vice President, Business Development |
Ernie has been working in HR and recruiting since 1973. His vast exposure to a broad range of industries allows him to quickly help our clients identify the most qualified candidate to meet their business requirements. Ernie’s hands-on, in depth HR skills allow him to communicate and work closely with hiring managers; and to sell and tell candidates on opportunities to ensure their fit within an organization. Ernie holds a Master of Arts degree from the Antioch School of Law, and Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of Ohio.
